Xtreme Hard Densifier has two application methods

• The first method is designed to apply when the new floor has just been troweled (new concrete)
• The second method is designed to apply on existing concrete (old concrete)

For new concrete:

Step 1. Apply Xtreme Hard ™ after concreting and the surface is just dried, only to walk on or within 3 days and before the formation of tiny cracks and cracks due to heat shrinkage. Wet the entire surface with Xtreme Hard for 20 minutes with a fine bristle brush.

Step 2. While spraying Xtreme Hard ™ for the entire surface and rolling with a soft brush or rubber gasket on the surface until the chemical is soaked to the floor and completely dry, do not watering.

Step 3: After 10 days of chemical applying, clean and polish the entire floor with a Pad machine.

For existing concrete floor ( over 28 days):

Step 1. Clean or grind floor according to the required

Step 2. Spray the standard Xtreme Hard ™ on the entire floor and roll with a soft brush or soft rubber gasket on the surface until the chemicals are fully absorbed to the floor and completely dry, do not watering.

Step 3: After applying Xtreme Hard, you can do the cleaning, grinning if required and polish the entire floor with the Pad machine. (Xtreme Hard floor can be used after 24 hours).

Note: Depending on the ground surface conditions, it is possible to continue to polish with a 400 grit disc level; 800 grit; 1000 grit; 2000 grit; 3000 grit if you want to maximize the shine of the floor.
